History of Emergency Services Inc.
Emergency Services, Inc. was formed in 1972 to deliver emergency physician services to Central Ohio emergency departments. The initial group consisted of just a handful of physicians. But today, ESI has grown to over 60 providers – serving practice sites all across Central Ohio.
1972
ESI was created to provide emergency physician services to central Ohio emergency departments. Our original group consisted of a handful of physicians and one secretary.
1998
The American College of Emergency Physicians recognized ESI as one of the oldest continuing emergency physcician groups in the nation.
2023
Now with over 50 physicians and 12 advance practice providers, ESI continues to service central Ohio emergency departments. With our current size, we have set our sights on the future and growth.
